Dr. Martinez is absolutely wonderful with our puppy, Bolt. He is incredibly kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain every option clearly, which makes each visit so reassuring. The front desk team is consistently friendly, courteous, and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. The office itself is spotless and welcoming, giving you complete peace of mind that your pet is in the best hands. We couldn’t recommend Dr. Martinez and his team more highly—truly the best vet experience you could hope for!

Dr. Martinez is compassionate and patient. He pays attention to detail and has the problem solving skills to solve complex problems. He has been taking care of my dogs over a decade with loving kindness. Patricia, Vet Tech, goes above and beyond to care for all animals. She is meticulous In her understanding and observations of your pet. Keene Veterinary has the absolute best veterinarians, vet techs, and front staff. We have had the pleasure and expertise of Dr. Keene, Dr. Bonneville, Dr. LaDue, and Dr. Martinez. From the minute you walk in the door, you know your furry child is in good hands!

We have been bringing our pets here since 1996! We have always received Stellar care! Diane, the receptionist literally treats you like family, not only will she remember each of your pets names, plus everything about them! She will also know your kids names, their birthdays, and any other family that she meets! She’s amazing!! All of the doctors have seen our pets and I can’t say enough about each and everyone of them! The techs that we have come in contact with also treat us like family! They truly are angels on earth! We absolutely recommend this veterinarian for your fur-kids 🐾

The Doctors and staff are exceptionally experienced caring and supportive. Zoé went in for surgery at 8:00 am and by 2::00 pm I was picking her up as she was ready to go home. Wanted to say Thank You for all your hard work and dedication.. Love Rocco Zoé and Otis.

There absolutely wonderful! I've taken all my dogs to them fir many years I trust them completely. They treat you and yiur pet like family. I've lost many animals throughout the years abd they were always so comforting and sympathetic. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only reason i took off 1 star was the wait time is pretty bad but I guess its bcuz every1 wants to go to them . I just really wish the wait time was better but overall its a clean trusting and just great place with caring employees. Dianne is awesome just to name 1. Thank you keen for always taking such good care of my fur baby's! ❤️
